I remember that day (exactly a year ago!) when your neck was moving to Tessa's sounds and you did NOT like it! I'm so glad you're finding sound is now helping relieve pain. Our bodies are made to heal naturally. Can you share a link to a track that's been helpful?
Thanks Mae! Yes, it was such a strange experience, but I'm glad to have continued my exploration into these alternative healing methods. Here's the link to my current favorite YouTube Sound Healing video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzvYJi2atBQ&t=4s
Love this - will check this out more. I love classical music and harps in particular when tired or rundown. this helps me understand more. I'll share a link to this in my Sunday newsletter. Thank you
Thank you! Yes, I was thinking about this today - I want to listen to more classical music and jazz. I definitely find harp very soothing. When I check on YouTube, it is the singing bowls that resonate the most, especially since I had the involuntary physical movement accompanied with it (the movement was very disconcerting for me, but I know it's having an impact whether I'd like it or not!) I think it all makes sense when I think about it - music / sound waves are energy being directed towards our body. And yes, energy has an impact. Thanks for sharing on your newsletter!
Yes, let me now what you think! The older I get, the more I realize there are a lot of other healing modalities besides western medicine (aka drugs). :)

I tried one the other day whilst I was doing the dishes on the kitchen and it was very relaxing
The sound healing with the bowls? Yay! I've been using it to put me to sleep at night - I feel so relaxed, peaceful and happy when I listen to it.
Yup definitely it's good
Yes - so easy - I just turn it on and in minutes I’m good ;)!
You're welcome. I listen to a lot of classic fm which is a British radio station but you can find it online.
awesome!
Our local Y offers "sound bath meditation" and until I read your post, I wasn't interested. Mow I want to try it out!
Aww thanks! I know, I thought it was so "woo woo" when I first heard about it, but I'm becoming more open minded to many things!
Very interesting. I may have to give it a try.
